Nothing not to love.

The value for money was unbeatable, especially with the discounted rate and free bikes provided. The staff and manager were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me during my stay. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfy bed and a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was delicious.

Our romantic escape wasn't as perfect as we hoped.

Our family stayed at Ruby River Villa for our holiday and we were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable rooms and excellent service. The staff, especially Mrs. Thanh and Ms. Viet, were friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a variety of delicious breakfast and lunch options. The deluxe rooms include a balcony with beautiful pool or river views. The hotel provides bikes for rent, making it easy to explore the area. The private beach area with free deck chairs and towels is a great bonus. A great value hotel for the money.

So nice! Luxurious amenities and a peaceful location

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The amenities were absolutely incredible, providing a sense of luxury and comfort at every turn. The pool, although I couldn't enjoy it fully due to the rainy weather, was stunning and well-maintained. However, my favorite part was by far the luxurious bathroom - it was like a little sanctuary where I could relax and unwind.

The hotel is located a bit far from the main touristy area, which can provide a more local experience. It is close to a small river and a private beach, which costs a small fee to access. the rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, and the staff are kind and helpful. the hotel offers a decent breakfast and lovely swimming pool.

we had an incredible time at this hotel in hoi an! stayed for five nights and were blown away by the pretty hotel, lovely staff, and amazing service. the room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful balcony. the breakfast was delicious and the private beach was a great bonus. we'll definitely be coming back!
